The slide swimmer is a slow sink styled glidebait it has a s motion in the water, the silent killer is a wakebait, it floats on top of the water and cranks down a couple feet. The action is more of a wobble on the sk.
Always thought the slammers were ugly and awkward until I picked one up this summer and this happened.
Like others have said, don't know exactly why it works so good, but they work and you need to get one.
Note: black splotch on bottom of hudd was on it when I opened the package, do not know what it's from but doesn't do anything to the bait
