    Hit a few ponds out in Western Mass today and hit a decent fish on a 5.9” Replica Gill, nothing huge, but a fish nonetheless. On a side note (and a non swimbait related catch), I got my little cousin hooked on fishing. She stuck a pig and totally out fished me.

    Well said, I agree with the dive right in method. Having that "next cast mentality" is the most important when tossing swimbaits for me.
