  1. Most baits are pending but I would do the bull shad's for 45 a piece and the large Savage gears for 15 a piece. We can workout the shipping based on how many baits you buy. I am willing to make deals if you buy a few baits. Pm me if you are interested

  2. Would rather take sell as a lot or multiple baits at once. I have listed the baits and colors that I know below. We can talk about shipping costs based on number of baits. Please PM me with offers and questions and I will get back to you ASAP! I tried the swimbait thing for a while and these baits weren't for me so I  am looking to recoup some of my investment! 20181228_124218.thumb.jpg.9992d8f8ab252a41737b8dd99d10fb39.jpg

  4. So I bought a Savage gear line thru sunfish/blue gill bait and I can't seem to feed the line back through the bait after the first time using it. I did it the first time having the bait and fished it, without any fish. I then tied on another bait and when I tried to tie the bait on again the line wouldn't go through. When I got home I tried to feed a wire through the bait to clear any issue in the tube. The wire would go through the top hole but not the bottom which was the one that was obstructed. I do have a bottle of mend it so I can cut the bait open if I have to but I would rather not do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

  5. Thanks for the responses everyone. In terms of the rod, it's the bass pro shop basic rod. I was getting into swimbaits and it was cheap second hand. It does the trick and has a fairly nice tip. I don't think it was the rod because I have caught plenty of other fish on the rod with trebles. I will try to keep the fishes head down next time and see if that helps!

  6. So I am still fairly new to this whole swimbait thing so I am looking for some advice. I was throwing my new Savage gear shine glide (the biggest one) to test the swim. As I was working it I felt the infamous tick of the line and set the hook (it was a sweep hook set and I thought I set hard enough). I started to grind on the reel and stated to feel the head shakes. The fish came up to the surface and shakes her head and spits the bait. It was the first time she jumped. It was a very nice fish for NH (5 plus) and I want to know what you guys think I did wrong so I can learn. Or was it just that the fish came off? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks everyone.

  7. This is my first post in the PB section! This was the first swimbait fish that I had ever caught and, while I am still new to the swimbait game, this fish started the craze!

I went down to a local damn that my dad and I knew held some fish. My dad had caught a few nice ones the previous week and we went down to see if there were still there! All the SM were staged at the damn waiting for the alewifes to run through.

When we got down there I tied on a storm kickin minnow to a Abu Garcia vendetta spinning rod and let one fly! I made a nice cast near the outflow and the swimbait bounced off one of the large boulders under the damn and the SM slammed it after that! She ran with the current and I was so excited that my dad ran over and coached me through it. He helped me keep my nerves in check and I think I would have broken off that fish otherwise! We knew it was a giant but when it got in close to the bank and her belly hit the shore and she flipped over we saw how huge she really was!

Me and my dad figured it was around a 6 pounder but I would love to know what you guys think! We actually got the picture published in a local paper. The picture of the SM was set next to a nice 10 pound pike my dad had caught a few years earlier! I couldn't have done it without dad and I couldn't be happier that he was there to share in moment with me! It's a giant in terms of the water that I fish in New Hampshire and it will probably go down in my book as the biggest SM I catch (hopefully not though hahaha). Let me know what you guys think this big girl weighted in at!

  8. Hi everyone,

I am in the market for a new scale and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I really want a fish grip scale if I can. I just think they are better for the fish verses the scales that go under the gill plate! Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated!
