Awesome. My wife , kids and I train too. I just got word I'm being promoted to Brown belt, wife is a purple belt , my oldest is a blue belt and my youngest is a gray belt. We all compete, it will definitely make you better. I wish your son luck this weekend. My wife is a Pan Am Champion at Blue , Purple and a no gi world champ at purple.I've been training for 6.5 years consistently .I won the blue belt no gi worlds when I was training like a mad man 7 days a week. Now at 37 I only train 3 days a week and mostly have fun with it and stay in shape. Trying to get back into fishing more on the weekends.

Anyone do Jiu jitsu when not fishing?
