  1. When you think about where your money is going any who it is supporting it kinda changes things……..at least for me.
  2. Not gonna be for everybody, but every Nameless rod I have is phenomenal and he has price points that fit different budgets. Some people will pay 500-700 for a hinkle just to sell it without rash a year later. All the while, they will buy Chinese made rods and complain about prices of American made small business.
  3. Just info only, gamakatsu makes the same box in blue and it comes with dividers. Model number is 3500D
  4. Too bad I forgot my SU monthly code. Fish went 8-10 lol
  5. I would call it moderate fast especially when fishing the upper end of the weight range. It took me a minute to get used to how it casted heavier baits but once I got the feel for it I really enjoy fishing it. I’m currently fishing it with a 12 Antares PG and it is an incredibly light combo and very versatile. I’ve thrown baits as heavy as the Nate’s 9.25 line through and as light as the hawghunter line through and it handles them both perfectly. You could fish a citizen 7, battles 7.5 or hudd no problem. I have thrown the tyrant 10 with it and casting is no issue, I would stick to surface (or water column) presentations with a bait that heavy though. I haven’t thrown a treble hook bait with it yet but I wouldn’t hesitate to fish up to a 250. Also, the rod is perfectly balanced, pic for reference.
  6. A little but I never had any issues with it. I only use that setup when I am doing short roll cast and pitches into heavy cover. If I am fishing long cast over weed beds, flats or whatever I use a different setup. You can still do that with the feather but it excels in those tighter situations.
  7. It handles soft baits really good
