    Yes I agree, he did the bare minimum to cover his ass. Sorry that happened to you. Going forward on legit DRT tk’s and k9’s, they’ll have “DRT” stamped in the gill plate

    KO (knock off) is a well known term, but that’s a crazy price for a fake k9. You can find them painted and ready to go for like $30 all over the place

    The new ones have a removable butt section, so he’s able to make rods over 8’ without having to make it stupid expensive to ship. They are new blanks also, different weight ratings, new reel seat, full double footed guides, etc

    I’m excited to try it. I like that it allows him to make rods longer than 8’ without having to charge $300 shipping lol

    It’s not a typical 2-piece rod, it just has a removable butt section to make it easier to ship or transport. I don’t have any experience with this new model yet, but I just bought the 83mh today. They look really nice, all of my LDC’s have always been amazing rods with great quality, and Ben’s customer service is top notch

    Paul makes some of the best baits out there in my opinion, they are my go-to baits. His line up covers pretty much everything you would want to fish other than soft baits or a crawler

    That chuck baits gill is so slept on. Wakes great, cranks down a couple feet, and has a really nice knock to it. Free bump

    If you can swing it, the antares dc md is amazing. I’ve had mine for over a year now and it’s still butter smooth. It casts like a dream too
