mcm83
i dry my baits off then toss them in a box with hook bonnets/covers to protect the other baits and myself from damage(them Owners are sticky sharp). i also use rust inhibitors in my boxes to prevent rust from forming on the hooks and hardware. soft plastics get hung up so that they dont get all twisted up. urbanhick
I dont leave the baits tied on to prevent rod damage. Hook bonnets and air dry when I get home.

The only rule I have is to leave the lid open to allow the baits to dry.
