Djschmitt
That's up to you! Try a little bit of everything, different paint for different effects. I like the pearlized the most but it all depends on the look your trying to achieve. Just have fun with it!
dominator
I am with Djschmitt. I use a lot of pearls. When you put your clear on they really pop. I have had the most problems with the transparent colors. Unless you want to to have that clear look, I would stay away from them. The other cool paints are their wicked series. They have some nasty looking stuff. I like their wicked black pearl! Have fun, and if you are married or have a girlfriend you might want to give them a heads up that you're gonna be gone for a while. When I first got my brush, painting is all I wanted to do. Bassindaily
Createx is a great paint to start, I have found pearlized and opaques are most used but trans colors have thier place I like to mix trans and pearl to make differnt effects just play around be light on the trigger. Low psi and thinner paint for fine lines
