wilkin8977 Posted February 20, 2014 Report Share Posted February 20, 2014 as the title says, I bought this from someone in the understanding that it was a slow sink, then today while setting up a new reel I found out this FS Bluegill is a floater.... It has normal rash nothing serious please check the pictures (Click to enlarge) to judge for yourself. SDBayBassMan Posted February 20, 2014 Report Share Posted February 20, 2014 If you can't get what you are looking for, one thing that I do to get my slow sinks to sink faster in the salt is buy wire for tying flies and wrap it around the stem of the hooks.. Should turn it into a heavy floater. Not sure if it will work but I know those baits are hard to find and if you can't find it, theres an alternative.
