timcauliffe
Anyone ever have any luck with the Optimum OB Minnow? Picked up one relatively cheap. Swims and is looks close to a Slammer http://optimumbaits.com/129/
Mossypumpkin
They catch fish. Not like a slammer does, but they will catch fish. Got my first bigger wakebait fish on the 9".
Neo
I've caught fish on them. Good bait for the $$$.
BigBaitsOnly
I changed my tail to a fluke that was cut to fit. The action seem to have improved and swims at a slower speed now. It doesn't have new the draw power of a slammer, but I think it's just because its almost half the diameter and doesn't displace as much water. s.lillywhite
I've caught some good fish on mine and my buddy got his first DD on his. Cheaper version of the slammer but will definitely catch fish.
MattyIce
The OB was made to dive slightly under water where a slammer was not. They are actually 2 very different baits. If you have the mid size version try cranking it down to 3-4 feet and hold on!
