C_R_TX
Two Summers ago, I went out shore fishing with my little bro and father. Was going to be a quick 25 min trip. I decided to go with the D250 in Bass, and my bro decided on the Large RS in bass color. My brother's RS top hook got smoked about 20 yards out. He flipped it ashore and was super pumped. After taking photos of his fish, I casted just a few feet short of where he had his fish eat at. To my disbelief, I felt a thump and I set the hook. Two great fish within minutes. The following day, I brought my dad out once again in hopes of putting him on a nice fish. I had him throwing the 6†wood punker and told him to work the same area my bro and I had luck at. About 6 min later, his punker got smoked feet from shore. He set the hook and flipped her ashore. fishnchips35, bassing305, Lurejerk and 4 others

bassing305
I also change the background of my pics sometimes when fishing in my favorite spots from land. This weekend I caught a +18 pound Snook and changed the background since it was caught in a highly pressured area.Have done the background artwork for with some pictures of 8-12 pound bass I caught as well.lol

During the summer, it can look like a yack/ standup board parking garage. Crazy amount of traffic. Nice fish there! Thanks Justin.
TRafferty
Lady Bird is the only lake I've been fishing lately. I've been working hard for a real nice one but can only seem to find dinks and 5-6 pounders. Had a really big fish follow my D250 in Barton two trips ago but she wouldn't commit. Now is a good time for a big one so wish me luck. A friend of mine just caught the new lake record @13.5 lbs. Lurejerk
TRafferty
Also, every easy to access bank spot has been thoroughly hammered by every fisherman within a 100 mile radius. Doesn't mean you can't catch them from the bank though. That 13.5 was caught from the bank.
bassing305
Congratulations to your friend who caught a 13.5lb bass from the bank! It's not easy fishing from shore but it's extremely rewarding when you get a huge bass from land. I caught my +12 pounder from the bank also from land and my friend caught one close to 15 pounds in the same lake.
