OkeechobeeJC Posted November 17, 2016 Report Share Posted November 17, 2016 Fished half a day in Lake Okeechobee today with one of my buddies from Clewiston, FL. I caught a dozen bass ranging from 1.5 lbs to 3.7 lbs throwing some 3:16 Lure Company baits (FS Gills and Baby Wakes).We were fishing weed lines in 5-6 ft of water.Very windy conditions made fishing very challenging today but I'll be back next month when I have a few weeks off to throw other new swimbaits I have in line. biggfeast, ETBA, kahai808 and 15 others 18 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Fs gill has been good to me recently light belly color fishing the same way you described with med/fast retrieve. Was low 40's, fog on the water and dead calm for me this morning.
