Ive never seen anything like it before lol It's definitely a Hinkle Bait. It looks similar to what he called the SLO swimmer, which if you look back into some of the "What's New at TW" videos on youtube, they have his old baits featured. Along with this, A guy in the Swimbait Collections forum posted a big collection of Andrew's old baits and I also saw BassSouthJohn (owner of badlands facebook group) do a bit of explaining on his group about history of baits.
