swimbape Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 No bass in Tahoe. Stampede Reservoir has a few smallies but theres little to know bass fishing in the area. tHeINFamoUS Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 Theres bass down in the tahoe keys but they electro shock em every now and then to get rid of em. Not sure if it would be worth the effort. Aside from the lake itself, in south lake Ive found the west fork carson super fun to fish. Boulder hopping and pitching fly lined salmon eggs or nightcrawlers into deeper pools, almost as fun as bass fishing lol. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Seahaecker Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 tahoe keys has bass in south tahoe theres a nice place to park and fish also you can launch a kayak there and hit the docks. the rivers as stated above are really fun!
