fishinpunk
So I recently got into fly tying/ fishing, as another avenue of my fishing obsession. In doing so I came across a cool product that I think many of you may be interested in. It is a quick dry, clear epoxy that dries with UV light. It's as simple as applying the product and giving it a quick shine of a UV flashlight and done, sets immediately! Note that sunlight will set the epoxy as well, so don't use or store it in direct sunlight. This particular brand comes in thin, medium, and thick, I suggest the thin for this type of repair. You should be able to find this or similar product in any fly shop or big box stores that sells fly tying materials. Also be sure to clean your lures with alcohol and let dry before applying the epoxy. Willluvstafish, zanwhite and BOZ
zanwhite
Good advice right there, less is more with this stuff too. Watch out for UV flow, it's the least viscous and'll soak into the wood fishinpunk
