I have searched a bit and haven’t seen any fish caught on a wild beat on here. The were a super hype bait, kinda fell off.

Anyone got any personal opinions of the bait, or pics of there fish caught? I’ve seen the videos on YouTube and really that’s about it.

I’ve had a couple small ones and then lost about an 8 on it. Super fun bait to fish but you need a 10:1 to fish it properly so I’m trying to sell mine.

Holy hell, why such a fast reel?

Nope. Lost a few and missed several. But def don’t need a fast ratio to fish it properly. Remember, “properly” doesn’t exist in the swimbait world. Just cuz others burn it doesn’t mean you need to. I fish mine on a 5.1 ratio. If the fish are eating a slow moving glide, properly is to fish it slow.

I agree. I use a 6:1 reel and had no issues.

@Jinxd12 maybe properly wasn’t the best word to use. But for the reason I wanted and and to fish it like Swimbaiter, you need a fast gear ratio. He fishes his on a 10:1 upgraded to a 12:1 and it swims insane. I just know I wasn’t able to pick up enough line quick enough if I wanted to burn it.
