encinoman Posted December 10, 2019 Report Share Posted December 10, 2019 You're probably going to want to move this out of the got em section, but you're never going to find the miracle lake that just spits out double digits. Any of the bigger lakes that stock trout are going to have big bass. Off the top of my head the three lakes that aren't too far from you are isabella, pyramid, and castaic. Commit to throwing big baits and understand that the likelihood of getting bit isn't great, but if you put the time in and eventually you'll get one. Even better, pick a lake to fish hard and learn, try and find a pattern and start narrowing things down.
