Could you see it eat? I imagine it'd look like a black hole opening up on the lake surface in the low light

I could see my bait get hit. The sun just went down and the moon was out. I Casted out on to a big flat and twitches it twice. Started my retrieve and just heard a huge push of water. No so much a swirl but More like something just got Driven into hard. My rod tip loaded up and it was instantly hooked w the braid. My brother was standing w the moon facing him just around the corner from me. he said he got to see the whole thing from twitch to pulling it on shore  and it was the most epic top water bite he’s ever witnessed lol. A night I’ll always remember. Stoked my brother was there to film and witness.

"sick as hell" doesn't do that description justice!
