David Cindrich Posted July 1, 2021 Report Share Posted July 1, 2021 (edited) For me it is all about bottom hooks, hard or soft baits. My go to has been the 6.5" Real Prey Alewife / Shad. Joe turned me onto bottom hooks before he made this old video. Some good shots at how smallmouth are belly biters. Bottom hooks are the key IMO to constantly land smallmouth on larger swimbaits.
