Bassman88
A the title indicates which of the two lures are proven fish catchers and which lure would you purchase? Also is it worth purchasing the 115/175 versions, or bite the bullet and get the 250 outright?
echoedd
Two different baits, the silent killer is a floating wake bait/cranker and the slide swimmer is a slow sinking glide bait. Have caught fish on both. The 175 is a good bait too in both models, esp when the fish are on smaller bait. Comes down to how you want to target the fish. I personally have owned the slide swimmer in 175 and the SK. I liked the SK and what it did, but I am just more of a glide bait guy. All depends on what YOU want to do. *shakka*

I thought the same thing until I watched Micah toss one and attract some huge bass from the lakes I fish. I got my 250 yesterday and missed two pigs last night, caught a two and lost a three on that big bait. *boom shakka lakka boom*
