bass slayer
I lost two hudds yesterday evening fishing from shore. One 8inch and A 6inch. The 8inch was the first swimbait that i ever lost. I guess it happens to everyone eventually.
evans_usmc69
That sucks man but yeah, it's gonna happen Just be happy it wasn't anything more expensive than a $28 bait. When I first started throwing these baits, I cringed at the idea of losing a hudd. Now, losing a hudd is the least of my worries

smalliebigs
I hadn't lost a swimbait in almost a year. On thursday I had a big striper get into some wood and lost a HPH. Then later the same day after landing another striper I didn't notice that the line got wrapped around the rod tip. Next cast, snap. 2 HPH gone in one day after a year without losing a bait. Sucks, but I'm less bummed by the financial loss than not having my favorite color available until I get another one.
nadinesmom
I just read this post and had flashbacks to last week when i hung up and lost 2 hudds (6 inch thank goodness) one was even weedless... I dislike the eyelet placement on the 6" weedless... I'm actually just about to sell my pool table so I can buy a bait knocker and some slide swimmer 250s
