Pretty cool watch. The man catches  an amazing amount of double digit bass.Must have been cool to have that and keep it under his hat for all that time while hammering them left and right.I might have had to tell someone haha. Thanks for posting.Look forward  to part 2.

I love watching his vids but I tried to imitate everything he does with hudds and deps 250s with zero success. 

Hopefully he writes a book or something! So much knowledge!

Likewise 100%, he’s so dialed in to his fish/gear/waters it’s On a whole other level. 

@SU News can you say how much the Golden Shiner 175s and 250s will go for?

It's crazy what he's been able to accomplish. I was listening to the cast and crank podcast he was on and it just seemed like he was so dialed in on the fish it didn't matter if guys copied him he knew the areas he fished better than anyone. There's something to be said about time on the water and constantly refining something you already have tons of confidence in. 

I can listen to Butch talk for hours about fishing.   Just his confidence and approach to fishing is awesome. Real deal dude. Great video guys, look forward to more!

So much history in this interview. I remember when Butch started exposing what he was doing on SBN. I also remember seeing glide bait videos Out of Japan before  Butch exposed then to us. I watched the videos numerous times and could not imagine why they would attract fish. It might sound strange now, but it was totally different than the soft baits and the 3 subsurface baits I fished at the time.  I have had the pleasure of talking to some of the best Swimbait anglers of all time, only a couple have shared what Butch was willing to share. Only a couple SB anglers will ever give what Butch has given to the community in forum of knowledge, inspiration and generosity. Thanks to SU and Butch for recording some of Swimbait history for us.
