Spotlight:  On August 20th, Swimbait Underground partnered with Division Rebel Tackles and released a batch of limited Tiny Klashes as well as a new bait wrap.  The SU TK is a 3D scan of an actual golden shiner The bait wrap features one large clear pocket in addition to two smaller pockets for Klash accessories.  Follow the link below for a Q&A session after the release with our friends at SBSRFC.

SUB August Winner: SU member "kev_swmbt_20" went out for a quick mission from shore to a new body of water and ended up scoring a double digit gill eater.  After bombing his gillroid parallel to a tully line & winding a few times he swung for the fences.  He landed his PB at 11.2 lbs and made his entry official with some quick thinking by writing the code in the sand.  Click below for last minute sign ups to the September SUB.

Grass Roots Section: After a few attempts, Brian (biggfeast) was able to refine his homemade baits and post them up in the Grass Roots section of the underground.  He gave some of his prototypes to a few members of the community who were able to prove that they catch.  Head over to the Grass Roots section to see the catches and check out other lures that our members have developed.

SB Worldwide: SU member "TypicalJack" from NorCal recently took a trip to Kyoto, Japan.  During his excursion he was able to stop in at Bassfield tackle shop as well as meeting Kassano.  He was fortunate enough to score a few swimbaits and put them to work when he got back to the states.
