The last solution worked but the email account hit the server limit for outgoing daily/monthly and that's why some were sent and others were not. We have a new service that should handle all of this for us. We will keep an eye on it but if you have any issues please let us know. -
We have looked into that but it is not possible so we have all Black Market topics set to lock 2 weeks after they are started.

The email address had issues and we think we resolved it. Boring technical stuff but so you all know with the number of emails sent by the forum email address it sometimes is suspended as the system thinks it may be spamming. -
