  1. $145 Shipped or best offer. Looking to move this
  2. Have a 300E without a spool. Reel has been cleaned and gone thru. New interior bearings. New anti reverse bearing and sleeve. Just no spool. Has definitely seen some use but its a solid reel. $145 shipped
  3. This. It's a free forum. They don't owe you ish. You owe them for putting in thier own time for making this the best swimbait forum ever created. They could shut it down tomorrow and very few people, if any, would be owed a reason why.
  4. Dude sick reel. If this was a righty I'd be on it
  5. Definitely go with cerakote on that reel. There's really no downside other than price. Colors shouldn't be an issue either. I have a Z with cerakoted side plates and it's better than paint
  6. I had one guy who wore a groove so deep into the rubber of the DC unit because of a spool knot.
  7. Yes you just need the pawl. I actually prefer to have a the ar pawl in my reels. Just makes them feel less sloppy. Especially the tranx. Most felt like ish after taking out the pawl. A swimbait reel shouldn't feel like a flipping or frogging reel imo. Just gives a more connected feeling. Will it help with the backwards play? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Just all depends on where you are in the rotation. But there will still be play sometimes. Take the AR sleeve out and run a q tip around the AR I'm sure it has alot of grease in it. Plus whatever AR shimano is using now are ish anyway.
  8. It was mostly done on saltwater setups on the opposite side so you could push the line with your thumb and not have to pull it on non levelwind reels. With levelwind reels some guys prefer it some say it makes no difference. I think the only true way to find out would be to run the same exact setup with one spiraled to the right/one to the left. But same side is mostly so it sits flush on the deck. I don't think the weight savings of 2-4 guides matter when throwing 2+ ounce baits
  9. Got a email the other day to participate in the class action claim against Tackle Warehouse. Just wondering if anyone else got one and if so did you fill it out and what was the law firm? They sent me a text as well
