This. I fish to catch fish, big fish. I'm not going out to catch 2lbrs on a swimbape, I will happily throw a 2" Dropshot worm for a 10lbr if the opportunity is there. Do a search on here and you'll see most of the best sticks say the same thing. A lot of them left the site because of people that were "swimbait" fishermen, not trophy hunters.
I just got one, however I haven't had a chance to really fish it hard. I can say that it is extremely well constructed and that Cam is a great guy to deal with. Clean build overall and he has some pretty cool stuff that he does that's out of the ordinary.
I run 4 blue top optimas to my 24v motorguide and an interstate cranking battery.
I keep them charging at all times, and rarely have issues. I run them super hard, so I replace every 2 years, almost always under warranty. Saves some $$ that way too...
I missed the ss 3 piece female by minutes lol. I checked at the beginning of class and when I left they were out. That's alright though, I bought enough of them to last a while
Keep in mind almost every bait is different too. I have one with 2 line ties and it does all kinds of cool stuff. Haven't put the time into it because I moved to NY for school before I could fish it hard this season, but I plan on using it during my breaks when I go home. It's a rad bait, way different than anything I've fished before.
