I'd imagine fear of someone crazy enough to loosen lugnuts and stalk your kid has a pretty influential effect on a person. People do odd things when threatened either directly or indirectly; sometimes their way of coping is to just go along with it as confronting the situation is more frightening than just turning a blind eye.

Make a video of it so people can know exactly what it is that's so concerning.

I just went to Baccarac the first week of November this year. I didn't feel unsafe at any point in Mexico. I felt more uneasy in Atlanta than I did in MX.

While it was a cool function, I recall hearing that the place priced themselves right out of the event. Obviously not involved but I can see that being a plausible explanation.

Oddly enough, same thing happens to me from......nightcrawler dirt! I kid you not. The kid and I like to go bluegill fishing and it happens quite a bit, very irritating and itchy.
