Good stuff Colby, I can relate to the part about having to wait for the right cast and only having one shot at it -
His video has plenty of fish caught on his home bodies of water as well so it's not like he is just blasting it for those who do fish that lake. If someone recognizes that spot then they obivously already knew about it. There aren't as many "secret" spots and we would like to think. Everyone knew exactly where Butch was catching his fish on an even smaller body of water and yet you RARELY saw another boat in the background of Butch's videos. I think that spot will be just fine

It will handle those baits just fine, especially for open water. If you find yourself tossing the 10"TT more often and line capacity isn't an issue, I would up it to the 25#.

#1 choice is Izor XXX 20-25# depending on what I am throwing. Limp but not too streatchy, abrasion resistant, ubber strong, and not too expensive. #2 is big game just because it is cheap, realizable, and you can get it anywhere.

Yeah I have missed one too many fish with the stock ST-41's. I use 1/0 ST-46's on my BA's and OG. It is the poor man's version of the ST-56 Nufo uses. Super sticky needle points on those things.

I was fishing Silverwood in the dead of winter a number of years ago and ran into a similar deal but it was an orange feeder style goldfish that must have been at least three pounds. It was bobbing along looking dead until I tried to snag it and it swam off. Crazy ish.

Yeah I hate to let it go I need more bigger baits and the cash flow was getting low so I had to pull a job, found a nice place to visit but a better place to... NM Beastie Boys on the brain

My bad... I was never trying to mislead anyone. I never saw any on the market in this color. Saw a similar one in XL but never Med. Either way, trade is pending. Thanks guys
