  1. Bigger Pats 3X Wood-Tail Big Eye 3X Wake-Bait Cranking Baby Possum 3:16 Wake-Jr 9†MS 1X 250 + Hinkle Shad GB are also with me at all times.
  2. I sold an old school wooden 8†last week to a SBU Mass member for $75.
  3. Nice. The North Shore is calling me I landed this NS 7.4 right at ice out back in 2013 on a SS 8.5†Brock Glide-Bait , there a lot of great ponds up that way.
  4. Late ice BIGIN. 65 degrees today my friend Joe is T-Shirt ice-fishing today.
  5. 100% Agree. I love all of RP Joe’s baits but if I had to pick 1 it would be the Pond Shiner top hook SS it’s my go to cold water skip into the wood bait, I caught this big girl last March 13th right at ice out skipping in the wood on a sunny afternoon day.
  6. For record I own 1 Gill that’s the truth. I get off on landing giant NP this time of year.
  7. The Billyo guy has 11 message him if you want.
  8. Any translation on what he was saying, is it wood or resin wake or a wake/crank down? There's always room for a new piss them off Rat bait in my box.
  9. In calm water conditions I prefer working the Punker slow with a pull pull glide and pause retrieve if windy try working it faster but always add a pause to your cadence/rhythm that’s when most hits happen for me. I use straight 50lb or 65lb braid and #4 or #5 Decoy snap on my New England waters, the right rod and time on the water is my best advice. The rod I like and use is 7’9†long rated 2-6oz it has a shorter handle with a soft tip section, matching the rod to the line your using will make you a better Punker fisherman + finding a few older fat bigger Punkers helps the older big wooden fat ones glide 2X as far on a hard pull. 14†of snow yesterday + I’m DREAMING about Punker fishing.
  10. My PP Bubbles is a OG Cedar bait its a 3-5’ diver, when stopped it comes to the surface fast it was made from the same batch of wood your 2013 bait was made from the question is how many 250s is it wroth to you.
  11. There was a 28.1 C+R a few 100 yards north of me on Sat talk about lady luck.
  12. Landed a nice 1 Sunday. Think Spring.-Dan
  13. LOL I don't think it was that big. Hoping to break the CT Northern Pike state record this weekend and then back to open water Cape fishing next week, some winters I have safe ice inland and open water 2 hrs east all winter long. C+R this nice NP a few years ago I’m hoping we meet up again this winter. Think Spring.-Dan
  14. I don’t think there are any spots in New England waters but I could be wrong. Landed this Lake Erie size Yellow on a Blade-Bait the other day, pin fish for sure in Mass. Made the mistake of letting her go without an official weight.
  15. I was told to pull a scale off and send it to them if I get another one, The typical looking SM that I have been getting from this same body of water are brown like these 2. There’s also been some good LM in the mix that look 100% LM.
  16. Been on a good SM bite this late fall better bites have been on spider jigs and blade baits worked painfully slow in the colder water temps. The interesting thing is that I’ve caught 2 fish in the last few trips that appear to be mean-mouth bass a cross between a LM + SM. This is a 1st for me; I’m being told they do exist in New England waters but there extremely rare. A few of my friends don’t buy the hybrid mean-mouth theory and say there 100% greener looking SM so honestly I’m not 100% sure. Happy Holidays.-Dan
  17. I bought a un-canoe a few season ago but for some reason I couldn’t get used to it so I sold it, the money you can invested in a Yak is crazy.
  18. Def-Con-Tsunami baits for sale 1 Trout + 1 Perch pattern. BO.
  19. Visited A friend in RI yesterday this guy has the biggest MS Slammer collection on the planet he was looking to move a few so I grabbed a few 04 big fat Slammers along with 2 BAA 10†wake-baits. Next time I visit him I will take a few photo’s of his awesome MS collection.
  20. Good to see your getting back in the game buttaluns. I fish out of a Coleman Crawdad, I have 2 rigged up one is super light the other 1 is tricked out with a GPS trolling motor good electronics but still not that heavy. The lighter one I can wheel in hard to get to virgin waters + both rigs I can get in and out of my truck solo. I love the way you guys trick out the Yak’s but feel the Crawdad works out better for me.
