Try an Evergreen Esflat. Fatter profile instead of long and skinny. Or the FLT Barauque (sp?) Same size as the s-waver a little fatter "gill like" profile.

Cant hear the vids while I'm at work. What is that bait in the videos? Action looks a lot like I work a fluke. Now I'm intrigued.... FLT Silva.

talk about cluster "Not Allowed"......that was horrible. Spent a good portion of a half hour getting the page to load properly and update the cart. Was getting all sorts of weird messages and errors. Finally was able to get to checkout and enter in my card info....only to hit submit and get a message that they are sold out. GTFOH. At least with a 3:16 release the agony is over in 2 minutes....screaming at my screen to load for 30 minuites is not the business.

Coming from the guy that has dumped 3 iphones in less than a years time, I wouldnt even bring mine anymore unless its in an otterbox. And I'd guess with the otterbox it wouldnt fit on the tripod mount. Point im trying to make is Iphones aint cheap....be careful.

I think it was Londonmitch or someone that posted a Gorilla pod attachment for the iphone a while back. I picked up a gorilla pod for my GoPro and its pretty bad ass. Was able to switch from the back deck and then wrap it around Ceaser's steering wheel at clearlake for a different angle. Pretty versatile and worth the 20 or so bucks.

I agree with you that this fish was mishandled, but why only youngsters? I see plenty of grown ass men mishandling fish. I agree 100% my man. Ive seen it as well and have also informed some buddies of mine that were a little careless. Ive tried to improve my fish handling as well. But to me grown-folks SHOULD know better. Only excuse for an adult IMO is gross neglegance or ignorance. With youngsters i would assume its just lack of experience, hence the comment. Wasnt meant to single out an individual or a "crowd." Im guilty of the occasionall "sand bass" or grass fish that likes to shakes baits as im landing em. I understand things happen, they do, but the mishandling asside 7 minutes is an awful long time to be without oxygen.

No my man....you attempted to revive it (which surely was needed) by laying it on top of the mat NOT in the water. And then to throw in to that slop and just wait as if he was really gonna swim off? I wouldnt be suprised if it never made it out of the cheese. I hope to god you learn to handle fish the right way or learn to NOT post videos of yourself. Hey man still good times regardless. I had a blast homie and got to meet some cool cats, All in all a good weekend. We cant say we didnt throw em, and you certainly had us near fish just couldnt get em to go. Such is life. The only re-assureance I guess would be that it was tough for everybody. That weather change must have killed it. I thought for sure you were gonna get chomped on that BA with all the follows you were getting. It was nice seeing some of your creations too bro, glad I got to pick your brain a little. I definitley will be heading down your way soon, maybe some time next month. I'll try and get you a copy of the GoPro footage too. Appreciate you letting me roll man. Lets do it again.

My night fishing experience is limited, but I prefer a steady retrieve. Easier for the bait to be tracked by fish IMO as opposed to something erratic. Pauses do work as well, just dpeneds on the fish. I just love hearing the clack clack clack...SWOOSH! Main point of my post....save the go pro for day time. Unless you have a light source they are useless. And it'd be one more thing to worry about. Good luck man.

Your definetly passionate about your work Mickey, and the sport as a whole. No doubt about that. Gotta respect it. And I certainly agree your QC and interest in consumer opinon is a cut above the rest. And its reflected in your baits. No doubt about that either. In regards to the possum, like I said its an affordable alternative, thats still relativley new, with only a handful of guys actually owning one. A good portion of the guys that do own one have yet to fish it, or only fished very little and have even said so. Myself included. The few times i have fish it, ive had followers, and a few rats swiping at the tail. Ive been on a slammer bite and just cant put the F-ing thing down. Last night was my first time really putting in work with it at night and it produced some fish, albeit on the smaller side. Lost what could have been a decent fish. And this was at a small pond mind you. Like I said at clearlake with Ceaser as my guide, will be the perfect opportunity to see first hand. I see your justification in "putting up." Seems thats the industry standard now, and rightfully so. Hopefully with the new gopro I'll be the guinea pig for the rest and can get some cast to catch as opposed to the guys that only like to coat-tail on others opinons. You simply ask for proof, I get that and hope to provide some, others straight up bad mouth a bait they have never seen or owned. Theres a difference, and THAT is my issue. We shall see.
