The riprap dam thing has stumped me on my home lake also. Great in winter and early spring but gone when the water warms up. I think they stay there but just go deeper and find holes and other ambush points, or they traverse the damn and follow the shoreline but to the main lake points. Get a fast sinking hard bait and fish it like a ripbait..only prob is you can only fish 6-8 ft deep but its killer especially in dirty water. My lake is ultra clear but if the wind blows from the south and dirties the north dam its on. If you have the honies you can sink a hudd but be prepared to get a workout from your lure retriever. Second the video idea...would be very informative and put to good use for hacks like me. Cool idea..especially for the bigger baits that are very intimidating.

Ive gotten all mine through the black market and auctions..if your willing to spend 90 on a bait retail..whats another 20/25? really? Besides you can fish it and if you dont like it sell it for near/same as you have into it. His paint jobs are sweet..doesnt get enough recognition IMO. Have you seen some others?...not even close.

The whole thing with the hanging his baits out of fish shocked by the DWR turned me off. I work hard for my money..could care less if they catch fish or not.
