  1. Whenever i rig any of my rising sons top hook, and i start a normal retrieve it runs on the side. Does anyone else have this happen?
  2. It must be the price you have to pay to be good
  3. dont get me wrong, i love 316 baits. but in general, why are some people so worried about what other people catch fish on? What works for one might not work for the other. I know bait makers wish everyone caught fish on their baits, but some dont know how to use them right. Thats why there are so many reputable bait makers(3:16,Huddleston,Black Dog,Rago,TripleTrout, etc.) so the fisherman, (or haters ) can have a choice. My .02¢
  4. has to go 60 shipped and ill throw in a bait or 2
  5. i like to use Duro super glue, the kind i get is about 2" and comes in packs of 2. It doesnt come with much but it works really good. One thing i like to do is when i know im gonna be working with glue is keep water handy so after you apply the glue, dunk the applied area in water because the water helps bond the glue quicker to the bait
  6. i too had problems with a ROF 0, i asked a similar question and the main option was to remove lead. I took a blade and cut below the bottom ring closest to the tail side about 1". I saw where the lead was held to the internal harness and i cut it off as close to the harness as possible. I also cut out as much as i could see, after i got done i think(cant remember for sure) i had about .5 oz of lead removed. I then took some glue and fixed it back up. After i did this the bait floated but the tail didnt have the hudd-action we all love. It floated which was my main goal to use it as a deadstick bait since i purchased the 8" nightstalker ROF0. I also found that the bait would somewhat do a subsurface walk when twitched. I wasnt upset the action wasnt what i expected but a floating hudd is really unique IMO and if you can get yours to walk like mine did, it could be a great bait.

  8. whats that on the bottom right in the second picture? Fish tail?

Ive fixed all my reels up so i need some more Just let me know what you have and we can see if we can work something out. Spinning or baitcasting. Thanks Brandon
  11. i threw 8" hudds on a 711 okuma xh and imo it Launched the bait. it felt almost like the perfect rod for distance on hudds. The okumas are very popular since they have a low price tag so im sure many others can offer their opinion.
  12. i might be wrong but you can get access to pm'ing at 5 posts, you have 4
