    Same here. My order came incomplete, but I was charged for the missing bait. Emailed with no response, opened PayPal dispute for the amount of the missing bait with no response, finally got a response accusing me of trying to scam them when I escalated to a PayPal claim. In the end I got my money back for the missing item, but it really soured me to them and I haven't bought anything from them since.

    I think you did a pretty good job with your recently released rat. Yes, there were some that came up on eBay, but you had enough stock that most people that I'm aware of who wanted to get one people get one at or near retail within a few months of release. Same with the Meatheads and your multiple releases on Facebook. Flippers will always exist unless the manufacturer is able to meet the market demand. People will always pay more to be the first to use a bait. These things are consistent. Maybe I'm an outlier, but I'd have no problem if you were to auction off maybe 5-10 baits in eBay prior to a mass release. That way at least the money would be going to you and not someone who bought the bait just to turn a profit. Heck, maybe make them a semi-limited paint color or something.

    I have 3 problems with the "PM offers" things. 1. It's off putting for someone just getting into the hobby. Guys who have no clue what to offer might pay way too much or (more likely) offer too little to the point that they don't get a response. 2. It allows sellers to artificially inflate the market by claiming to have higher offers than they actually do. 3. It seems that many sellers don't have the common courtesy to respond to the offers they get.
