  1. Wow, amazing work. I really like how you capture the unique details of the fish like the missing fin section. That really sets it apart from assembly line looking replicas! Im with H2O, if I manage to ever stick a DD I want you on the job!
  2. Good stuff! I have got to start night fishing wake baits. You night-ninjas are killing me!
  3. Congrats on the win! I just sat in the rain and stared at chocolate milk colored water for this one; glad I could fish vicariously through you!
  4. As far as Curados go, I bought the "e" series because I found an "e" when I had the cash and couldn't find a "d." I scoured the internets long and hard and, from my research, the "e" only has a more durable line guide, different color scheme, and an extra bearing; not a redesign or anything. I believe it is more of a personal preference decision than a mechanical one.
  5. Sorry h2o, not trying to hijack your thread, but would you guys say 3:16 soft baits are more durable than most other line-thrus? I am thinking about ordering a 6" and 8" RS.
  6. I would like to try to figure out broad patterns and ideas, but I don't ever have set fishing days and thinking that hard makes my head hurt. I just go fishing when I can and hope for the best!
  7. Yeah, I want a rodent, but Nezzy's are scarce and the ones I find are priced similar to a car payment.
  8. Nice green fish Marbles. You stick more wake-fish than anyone I know!
  9. Wow, that is crazy. You just made me rethink every time I said "nah, I don't need insurance." Man, I hope something good comes of this somehow. Sorry to hear about this, especially when it was meant to do something good for someone.
  10. That was fun! Great, great video. I am going to spend some time those Mtn. lakes this fall!
  11. Hate to hear that buddy, wish you a speedy recovery! I have a ligament issue in my wrists that forced me to switch sides like flaswimbaiter mentioned.
  12. 32-33'ish. It went off the measuring board. Yeah, it was a blast being towed around. I'll post up the video as soon as I can find some music that youtube won't kill.
  13. I am glad someone started this thread. I have a caving for a rat bait and Marbles' "precious" is at the top of my list. Rago's Dirty Rat seemed like the closest I could get right now, but I can't find a single shred of info, review or reports on it. Any thoughts? I haven't owned a single Rago or rat bait, so I don't have a dog....rat..... in the fight.
  14. Don' ever ask anyone else about buying lures...better yet, never tell a non-swimbaiter how much you pay for stuff. You always get this one eyebrow raised "gawd-dern you know how many lures I can buy at WalMart for that much...."
  15. Nice fish bro. She mangled those hooks.
  16. Nice change of pace Speed. How bad do those Muskies treat your hardbaits? With those teeth seems like they would tear up most lures. Musky is on my fishing bucket list!
  17. I don't like to collect them. I prefer to take them to really deep water and cast them off. At least that seems to have been my plan here lately.
  18. Wow, that is a beauty. Congrats!
  19. If you ever travel through Atlanta pm me and I will take you out on my extra kayak. We have a great little swimbait fishery with some mean river stripers and river bass that will eat up a swimbait.
  20. Got my baits and, wow, what a super nice guy Ken is! He is so friendly and prompt. I love seeing bait makers who take so much pride in their work and care so much about their customers.
