Shoot dang... Went out last night fer the dd hunt with fisher. Managed to land bout 7 bass between us all bout lb to lb.5 lol cant catch a break -

O MAN!!!! Got my first 3:16 today in the mail!!!! Thank you Marbles for hookin me up with my first baby wake!!!! Got sent out way quick just in time for the feb tourny You guys werent kidding about the attention to detail in these baits looks awesome. Cant wait to catch some hawgs!!! All the stocks I fished I have noticed that the trout try to hide any chance they get. Fisher was even able to grab a trout by hand last stock hiding in the rocks. They stay close to shore an move pretty slow that is untill they get chased...... I have noticed that dead stickin soft floating baits or slow slow wakein hard baits along the shoreline works best. The bass can push the trout against the shore for easy meal. Like the other guys said try to mimic a wounded trout fresh off the truck or just really stoned lol.. All my sb bass came from both these retrieves. Gunna be fishing the stock tomorrow

I switched to 15 n 20 lb maxima ultra green mono n love it!!! Used pline for ever but all about maxima now!

Hey there again, I was goin threw my tackle box an have some baits I never used..... I have nib 12" ss billed castaic hard head trout, 8" floating spro trout that has never seen water just the inside of my tackle box.... Has some wear on the bottom rear fin from movin around in the box, an a 6" floating spro I let my buddy use an has a lil chip on head from an red eyes. Any body wanna trade for any 3:16 bass or trout bait?? Its a long shot but I thought id ask!

Lol I spent 5 years in NE right on the missouri river right on the border of IA. Spent way to much on my deer huntin out there with rifle scope ammo tags exc... Just to come back to ca an have all my gear sit n get dusty lol but like my new found art of swimbaitin when get get that fish its all worth the time n money spent..... Cant put a price on that even if its a 15-20 sec struggl on one long shot..... All worth it
