    I have three baits that I'm looking to trade. Will possibly sell. Alewife has never been thrown and just sat in my swimbait box for a few years. The gills have been thrown a few times. The ultimate has a dimple on one side and a slight tear by the hook but some 316 glue would fix that. Little bit of wear/surface rust on the hooks but nothing significant(see close up pics). Open to anything, hudds, 316 soft baits, used hard baits like slammers, punkers, etc. These baits are just not gonna get used by me.

    I have two simbait setups for now and both have a Curado 301e on them. One is on an Okuma 7'6" MH which I mainly use to throw Buzzjets, 7" Slammers and small Rising Son on. The other is on a Dobyns 795 that I mainly use for 6" Hudds, Baby Wakes and 9" Slammers. Also the Dobyns and 301e combo can throw the 6" injected and 8" wood punker a friggin mile. If I end up picking up an LDC rod, custom or production, I will probably go with the Curado again. I also get double use out of them because they are great for musky fishing; keep in mind im not throwing double tens all day either.

    Yea I don't know why it took me so long but now I got the blessing. I do remember that day when we went on that night run.. you laughed at the size of baits I was throwing and couldn't believe they were getting bit.. Good to see the sickness spread Yea and now a baby wake looks like a small ass bait to me....my whole world has changed. Got the 9" Slammer coming in the mail and hopefully an original run wake jr. too. Let me know if you got any time to do a milk run on the the big Mo soon; give me a couple dates/times.

    Just joined and have been fishing swimbaits pretty consistently for the past two years and have just started to put the pieces together; I still have a long way to go though. My main love has always been for the bronze and I have done pretty well on them with swimbaits along with the largies. My main producers have been the Slammer, lunker punker, baby wake, rising son and buzzjet(maybe not big enough to be a "true" swimbait ). I know there are some big girls up this way but I am still trying to get that 6+. Here are a couple pics of some somewhat recent catches. from this past week on the injected punker rat sorta swimbait fish on keitech fat swing.
