It really doesn't matter the color when fishing stained water. More of what is in the lake. For me I have caught fish in 2 feet visability on a Wake Jr. But the lake was stalked. I have also caught fish in 6" of visibility on wake baits and the lake isn't stalked. Basically what I am saying is bass are opportunistic feeders and the color isn't all that important when fishing wake baits. Hah!

You can crank a Wake Jr. down about 2-4 feet if you give it a medium retrieve, try it out. -

Such a fun bait to fish. I was fishing it yesterday, shore pounding, and got about 2 dozen followers. Crazy amount of drawing power in the Deps 250!

Deps has the most wide and fluid S-action I have personally seen in a glide bait. From the numbers of DD's it has produced, it is the staple glide bait and the one to beat. -
