Get mattlures. Stand up dude, realistic as you can get. They plain out catch fish. 316..................not so much. Hard to get. Not sure why, they break and are over priced. All they catch is your wallet. So if you want to catch more than a cold. Get mattlures you won't be sorry. And for half the price. Wow! I think 3:16 wakes are probably the best in my opion very well built too. If some how you manage to break one he will fix or replace it. Ive never fished matts yet.

Letting it air out should work. Im a firm believer about having sun block on your hands is not good. I scrub my hands like a surgeon after i put on sun block. I use pro cure on soft baits but makes a mess on boat carpet.

I'd have to respectfully disagree on that statement. I think those sticks speak for themselves, not to mention the guy behind them is a legit, knowledgeable swimbaiter. Are they a "status symbol" for some guys? Sure. But the rods are also well thought out big bait tools that, in the right hands, make swimbait fishing better. Since when does beating the bank at. Stocked city park make you a knowledgeable swimbaiter?
