Retail on nez is 160+tax+shipping. Comes out to $180. I'm asking 130. I sold the 3:16 FS carp for 130. Well below retail. 3:16 wake bass sold for less than retail, and it's impossible to get one now. Baby wake is below retail+shipping. Retail on dobyns is $289. Still ripping people off? Try asking the bait makers for these prices. They'd laugh at you. Sure, a deps and an hph is higher than retail. Well, I paid high on them, had to wait 8 1/2 months for them to show up, and they kept my money fur that duration of time.

I paid high dollar for baits, fished high dollar baits, and caught fish on high dollar baits. No part of me wants to sell a bait I've roped fish on, but I'm a boat owner and in need of a trolling motor. I'm not making money on these baits. Im actually losing. If you need proof Tstead, I can prove it. If you don't like the prices. Complain somewhere else man. Sorry to be blunt.

IMO (my .02) plastic ABS baits have less room for error. I.E. getting casted onto rocks, docks, poles etc. With the current resin it gives me a little bit more room for error when trying to squeeze a 10" glide bait through a small gap to get the correct angle I'm looking for. My dozer takes on water through the line tie (do not know if that is normal or not). This is potential for rust and mold on the inside of the bait. Why would I (personal opinion) want water on the inside of a $100 bait? Yes, I 100% agree with you that Deps makes great baits, but you can't deny the fact that there is still flaws with their designs. Yes, I 100% agree with you and do not doubt butches ability to give quality input in taking the glide bait era to the next level, but perfection is not achieved on the first or second try/production. (hince why there us so many proto hudds). rant over. Now I've added to the hype.

the new bait will add more pressure? we already deal with swavers, HPH, gancrafts, homemade baits, ragos, and the current (soon to be OG deps lol) what makes you think the new deps will add more pressure to the 10+ glides already being thrown? people in ca that would throw glide baits have seem to already either figured it out, or they leave it on the deck of their boat to show off but really throw senkos.
