  1. I can't see it, the sun is blinding me...... Nice fish!!!
  2. Campobassmaster, on 29 Aug 2016 - 5:51 PM, said: what is the rough retail cost of these? "You actually are retarded. Everybody has told you to stop posting everywhere. You make a little topic about how to gain respect. I would never sell a bait nor do a deal with you. You are like a complete Berniebot. You are needy, want free stuff, etc. Dude please stop posting. For your sake and everybody else's." You were very harsh to him, funny how karma is biting you in the ass now. Hopefully this life lesson sticks with you and you learn something from it. Golden rule, treat others as you would like to be treated.
  3. Mattlures 10" dead twitch is available in a brown trout pattern. Huddleston golden shiner or gold brown back will do a fair imitation also.
  4. I like my strong bass floater. I like my hard gills. If you already have some hard gills get the bass.
  5. Sounds like a bad situation all around. If you know it was a bait in good physical shape then I don't think anyone could fault you for not refunding his money after such a long period of time from the sale. Not all baits swim the same, even among well known makers. Maybe he has buyers remorse. Your conscience should be your guide, treat him as you would want to be treated if you were in his shoes.
  6. Nice fish, but you cost me $85, snagged the chartruese bass 8" stubby he had on his site.... Lol. What presentations have you found work best with it?
  7. Nice fish! I would be thankful he didn't cut you off, lost an 8" Hudd earlier this season to a pickerel, toothy critters.
  8. Arriving after a 3 week vacation.......
  9. Yeah, I've purchased all 3 of my Woodrow rats from them, pretty sure I spoke w Adam to sort some stuff out and they went above and beyond in my eyes, selling me a 6" rat for the price of a 5" because their clerk made an innocent mistake. I couldn't make 'em take my money and charge me for the 6"'er, completely unnecessary but 1st class all the way.
  10. Well, four years in college, a few more in grad school, and then working your ass off.......actually, after all that, these swimbaits aren't that bad anymore......
  11. See Huddlestons web page, under the contacts section is a faq list in the lower right corner. They list a paint they recommend for touch ups and customizing. I've never tried it, but hopefully that gets you headed in a good direction. Good luck and post your artwork!
  12. I have very little time on my 10" hiro, but I do know Brock suggested a split ring up front. Other than that, I think you wouldn't be far off fishing it similarly to a Deps. I love the action of this glide, just need to get out with it more myself.
  13. Instead of fishing for forgiveness, fish for real fish, post pics......... you keep scratching at the wound, if you don't stop, it will never heal.
  14. You guys may wanna call SoCal rod and reel, they stock them......
  15. Painted by Scott Whitmer, of TT himself
  16. Yeah, he will get back to you, looking forward to getting mine out on the water.
  17. Like this......😎ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
  18. Lol, looks like we got the same order.....see page 167....., nice baits!
  19. Nothing but great experiences ordering from Don. . That generic rat will get you started down the rat throwing addiction path.
  20. Very nice work, looks great!
  21. I've fished the Nez, Woodrow, Matt Rat, Rago dirty rat, Rago generic rat, and the Moreau rat. I've caught plenty of fish on each, and still own them all. The Nez and Woodrow hands down are my favorites. I like them both and don't consider them mutually exclusive because one is resin and the other is wood. Each material makes for a different sound/vibration/tone and I've found some days the bass prefer one to the other. As for size, depends on what rod I want to fish with, but the large or xl are the ones I use most. At night it's the xl in black. The Woodrow has a completely different action and sound so it gets tied on often also. I have an albino 5" that gets hit midday, high sun, clear sky's ....amazing! The 6" is also a great size and action, both get hit with the same regularity. As for the 6.5" Woodrow rasta rat (two joints) it gets hit but less frequently, But does seem to bring in a bigger class fish.
