  1. Edamame in pods r great for hot days. I shake some salt on em after flash boiling em.
  2. Yeah, saw an issue on tw reviews and recall no complaints with ROF 12 or 16....also it is kinda funny how the 68 with its faster thumping pace goes against all of ken's design ideas about the vortex.
  3. Most important thing about points is not uphill or downhill imo, but how big the point is and where it ends. If the fish are way up on the point they are going to be super aggressive and that is another explanation why uphill "works." Most peeps even boaters fail to map out the point and wrongly fish only where it meets the shoreline.
  4. Some guys rig it butch brown style......Joe's bud Corey never bothers with anything like that, and I am certain he has caught more fish than anyone on these baits.
  5. That buzzjet is sweet looking, looks like a custom paint too.
  6. I don't bomb my baits. Super long casts are also poor producers for me. Sometimes I push the envelope on tough days making risky casts too.
  7. Medium preferred but large will work....I have 8 and 10 inch tts.....BTW Maybe I am a newbie but I was unable to access performance tackle webstore, perhaps it is a only a bricks and mortar shop........
  8. Anyone know where I can get the pink tails for triple trouts? Tx.
  9. Guys I know who fish em well r not bombing them so u should be good.
  10. Lakers love smelly jelly lather it up.
  11. Been singing the praises of bronze barbed down hooks for years. They r my preferred hook for night fishing. Chemically sharpened hooks break at the barb and don't work tho. I am convinced bronze hooks hold better and u can sharpen them unlike chemically sharpened hooks....but owner st41s r fish friendly on slammers and usually pop out instantly.....
