The part in number 3 about the manufacturer must give a way one bait/product/service once a month? I never see anyone giving away anything. They come by here and there but I agree about there not being any ever given away.

some of the older teramars are heavy enough and have a full cork grips, same with the older 957 loomis rods. Some of those new cousins rods are pretty cool, there around $200 also some 9ft rods rated at 20-40. A jig stick would be the next step up on your iron rod though.
