  1. State by state or atleast regional would've theory fair way to conduct tourneys IMO
  2. Yah gotta think states like Cali , Florida, Texas etc... Have a year round feeding enviroment. Bass don't go into the lethargic stages like bass in northern states do. Therefore can eat and grow larger quicker. I'm from jersey and my PB is 6 pounds 7 ounces and it's not for lackif skill or time on the water.... Natures a "Not Allowed"
  3. Also I know it's ass backward but I'm taking a cast of the main body and gonna test a bill for a wake bait style swim . Maybe 1 to 2 foot swimmer. Gonna be a bitxh to square the bill up because it's not square, but still easier than starting from scratch
  4. First cast from the new molds. Not without a few hiccups. Especially on the tail section. My mold has removable pins so I don't have to drill the hole for the hinge every time. Wasn't thinking in mold lingo and kept getting a bubble because my pour spout wasn't at the highest point of the mold. After a few pours and some brainstorming I figured out a solution. I inserted a small plastic tube through the silicone to where the bubble was forming allowing the air to escape. Problem solved. Also I poured a fin section out of soft plastic, wasn't happy with the product so I'm sculpting a new one a little thicker and I'm going to clear coat it before I make a mold so it comes out extra smooth. The fins going to slip in a round notch I made in the tail portion of the bait. It's gonna be supported by a carbon fiber pinto lockout in place. Probably gonna have to include a few extras with everyone's orders finally ... Do you guys prefer the eyelet you tie too lvertical or horozontal. Hope you guys like it. IGNORE THE BASS PATERN IN PENCIL I WAS DRUNk. Jim. Follow me on Instagram @jimmy____davis thanks dudes:
  5. So the guy that brought all this up about the rules at the top of the forum was pizz customs? Been following him for years on insta had no idea. @SPEEDBEAD
  6. Starting off with a 1x1x1 ratio of part a/b and micro balloons Might down the micro balloons so I don't have to as as much weight any suggestions.
  7. First cast from the mold now for the weighting and testing... Should be throwing some paint by Monday or so stay tuned. Also I don't mean to start anything when i started this post. Sorry fellas. Jim
  8. Mold building is definitely trial and error. And very costly each mistake can set you back 30$. Let me know what you guys think . And yes my desk looks like a bomb went off

  11. @thatstickybandit it's still in the works but it's gonna be a slow sink made out of two part plastic. I made a sepret mold for the tail fin I'm gonna cast that in soft plastic rubber. Should have nice action.
