    color doesn't really matter...if you think about how fish are looking at the bait, they're looking at it from the bottom with more light above it, making it just a black silhouette...so really, the pattern that gives you the most confidence is all that really matters

    you can take a look at the hinges and just make sure they're straight....if they're not straight or even, thats probably why you're getting a jerk glide action

    I went 2 yrs without cleaning one of my gray lexas and it had ZERO issues lol
