    Hey at least there feeding the bass that have water. lol...the least they could do is keep a decent water level...its depressing how low a lot of the "lakes" are

    every lake here in san diego that i've gone to recently are low, with the exception of Poway and Dixon which are privately operated...all structure exposed, no where for fish to hide except down deep...
