  1. You guys gotta be quiet about these places. There is a reason that there is so many patrol boats there, but they are both good lakes
  2. Had an awesome spring break in Havasu! Bass were hungry. Got a couple using the s-waver off a rocky point. Rock seems to be key in this lake. I caught a nice 4lb smallie on a crankbait too. Sorry I know this is a swimbait forum I just thought I'd share.
  3. Great night time bait around cover. I caught my pb on it
  4. Hooked my first dink on the shellcracker. I just got it and it is a great bait for cranking along the tules here and for dead sticking shallow. Sorry the photo is kinda blurry.
  5. I would use 20lb. But why did you get the floater? The slow sink never snags and the line thru doesn't have anywhere u can put a bottom hook
  6. For the SoCal guys out there: would you go out in the front that's gonna pass I the next few days?
  7. Dude I do it a lot. There is no reason a ranger would be at the lake late at night anyway
  8. Is anyone interested in a fishcat 4 float tube? It has a couple months of fishing in it but it's in good shape, no patches. I can throw in a vendetta spinning rod too. Pm me if interested. I'll post a picture of them on this topic later tonight
  9. One time I was chucking an 8 in hudd at my favorite pond and as soon as I pulled I out of the water a 7-8 lb bass explodes out of nowhere for it. I'm still trying to this day to catch that fish. I pulled the hudd right out of her mouth #FISHBEEF
  10. My favorite reel. It's great with handling big baits but sometimes the clutch will pop up when casting but u can easily compensate for that
  11. Yea the tag will be fine if u can pull out big worm hooks out of a bass's rear
  12. Does has anybody tried the double rig for bigger swimbaits? I've been successful with the 2.5 inch bbz but I was thinking about the 6 inchers. I put a slow sink in ghe front and a fast sink in the back because I don't have any of the same sink rate.
  13. I'm gonna be in the riverside area in SoCal for a day and I'm wondering if anybody knows which lake is best to go to this weekend or next weekend. I was thinking about Irvine or diamond valley
  14. Nice fish bro! I was up there yesterday it was pretty tough
  15. I agree I'm fairly new cuz I'm only 15 but the overnight experts are idiots I'm always learning new things and even the experts are learning new things all the time. That's why we keep coming back because there is always a pb to catch and a pattern to figure out
  16. Does anybody know anything about the tylure soft glide? I'm thinking about getting one they're 50% off right now
  17. I bought the Diawa lexa 300 to use for throwing bigger baits for bigger bass. I got more than I hoped for from this reel that I hoped would be a good "starter" for swimbaiting. The Diawa Lexa 300 has caught me tons of bass on the 6 inc baits but the last 6 months I've really dialed in on swimbaits and began to throw 8 inch hudds and I gotta say it handles outstanding! Overall I think it's the best investment I have ever made in fishing. Now that the lexa 400 has come out I'm hoping it can be a reel that can handle bigger baits like the tylure, triple trout and savage gear swimbaits. If anyone owns one may I have some input on them? I'm wondering if it's worth the money to buy a lexa 400 or another lexa 300
  18. I would say if u don't want to spend a lot of money I would get a shimano Clarus umbrella rig rod and a diawa lexa 300
  19. Damn I love that lake. Good fish
  20. I'll be fishing from shore btw
  21. Does anybody know any good spots I can get at spotted bay bass in SoCal ?
  22. There is a lot of good remixes for the song sail
