Anyone put in any time with the new 6” or 7” head case citizens? is the body of the bait better? My issue with the newer ones was never the face of the bait, it was only the body ripping due to the beast hook. I have a healthy supply of the 6 and 7” pre head case ones that I’ll burn thru this year. Thanks for any info and updates you guys might have.

6” citizens are on the list as well, haven’t tried the new head case ones yet. But got away from them cause of all the tearing out new formula ones.

Love the fact I can just swap the inserts to go from floating to sinking. Will be curious to see how they are, might add a small stinger hook in between the rear fins if needed had a tyrant last year and couldn’t get it to float and swim right as a floating bait, could only get it to swim right as an xss

Wow what a surprise Joey sold out and left? Surprised he even had any baits for Saturday, pulls the same move at every show couple buddies went yesterday for the pizz package $500 for a bait, f5 ghost code rod, hat/shirt and stickers. it wasn’t worth the drive for me. Don’t really need anything besides for a restock on terminal tackle which is a $100 TW order would be nice to meet Joe at real prey, been a big supporter of his since 2014, we’ve talked on the phone a few times but never met. overall looked like a good show from what Ive seen on IG, guy seems to organize a good show

Soak it in super hot water it will soften the epoxy and then wiggle it out

Two ton waterproof epoxy (devcon brand) you’ll find out that must lips are poorly glued in (usually super glued) and fall out all the time. And I’m talking major brands so get use to checking baits when you buy em or after a few sessions they seem to fall out when the bite is hot

Funny you say that I remember when I got ky first thumper tail and tried to slow roll it, looked awful. Was only good at high speeds no one said that or I missed it so that makes sense
