    Cool guys I will try that. I thought I might try to drill a small hole or two in the lip before gluing it in to increase surface area and help it hold. We just got a ton of snow dumped on us, so I have a bit of time to figure it out.

    Hey guys, I am new to the swimbait game. I jumped in late October and really only got to get out a couple of times before it got too cold and am still looking for that first swimbait fish lol. Anyway, I bought a second hand PB Rat off a Facebook group and when was messing with it the lip popped out. What is the preferred adhesive to glue it back in place?
