  1. two tickets purchased. very sorry to hear about this.
  2. cant sent PM, but am interested!
  3. In my couple years of bass fishing before swimbaits I didn't realize this until I'd gone out and bought crankbaits, stickbaits, spinnerbaits, jigs, poppers, senkos, etc... in practically every shade of the rainbow. Waiting on a Mattlures female bluegill boot tail from TW myself, Mike. hopefully early next week... Welcome to the boards!
  4. but.... but.... but....
  5. Happy St. Patty's day...and greetings from MA. I've only been fishing for the past couple years. I haven't seen much in the way of success, but I have fun trying and learning. I decided to follow along with my fishing buddy and make the switch to swimbaits this year. I'm not sure if the switch will be a full 100% or not. I'd feel kind of naked without at least a senko rig in the boat/kayak with me. I've been skunked plenty over the past couple years, so there's no question whether or not I'll be able to accept the days of disappointment that come with chucking a swimbait. I have checked out the noob thread and have dug out some awesome info there. Based on what I've read there, plus some info from a couple friends I've started off my swimbait endeavor with: Rig: Shimano Crucial 7'11" Med. Hvy Diawa Lexa 300 (6.3:1) Lefty P-Line CXX 25lb Baits: 9" MS Slammer in frog 9" MS Slammer X2 in perch 9" MS Slammer X2 Deep Crank in perch MS Mini Slammer in perch S-Waver 168 in yellow perch Savage Gear line-thru dark trout slow sink Hudd 68's in perch, trout shad ROF5 & 12 Bucca Bull Shad 6" slow sink Mattlures 6" female bluegill TT 8" Sexy Shad I'll be rigging the Hudds Butch Brown style. I'll be doing Owner ST-41 hooks upgrades on most of my baits. I've also sent Pats a PM on another site in search of his infamous PP and PT I'm anticipating baits from 3:16, deps and roman made to find a home in my tackle boxes before too long...even though I've already taken some heat from the wife over my latest interest. I'm not afraid to spend money on quality gear. I generally follow two mottos. 1) If I'm invested, I'll stay interested. 2) Go big or go home. Looking forward to being able to contribute here at some point!
