As others have stated, flush out your stocks before considering upgrading. I use the abc hobby refresher with brakleen and add 1 drop of corrosion x after flushing them out using compressed air to dry. If you wanna stick with ss bearings, I believe abec 5s are available (slightly more forgiving). Shield or no sheild... up to you.

My lexas have seen their fair share of saltwater since 2013 and they're still runnin just fine... I soak them after every trip and strip them down every few months (more so out of boredom rather than necessity). Gonna take a crack at polishing the gears this weekend.

pms replied... Just a heads up, I don't have the fishing glasses in stock (yet). Trying to generate interest so that management will stock them, along with what I already have in stock... typical shipping times would be 3-4 days from the date ordered for glasses i don't have in inventory. Remember, I can work out pricing on all their glasses... not just the fishing/hunting line... so lmk. Thanks!
